Verification levels help you understand how much review has been completed for each provider, matched to the level of trust the job needs.
Basic profile checks: profile completion, phone and email verification, service category confirmation.
Everything in Bronze, plus identity review and reference checks from previous work.
Advanced vetting with stronger supporting documents where applicable, for higher-trust services like homes, keys and business premises.
